SolviroX ("we", "the portal") respects the privacy of its users and collects only the data strictly necessary to operate the service. This page is maintained by the SolviroX team to answer common questions about your data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.
Data we collect
- E-mail address (for the account, newsletter or contact form)
- Name and messages submitted via the contact form
- Anonymous technical data (device type, browser, pages visited)
Why we collect it
- To give you access to the portal and its content
- To answer your requests and send you updates you asked for
- To improve the experience and fix issues
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, database) to operate the service; they have strictly technical access.
We use PostHog (EU hosting, data stored in Germany, eu.i.posthog.com) and Google Analytics for anonymised web analytics and experience optimisation, only after you accept the analytics cookie category. IP addresses are not stored and the data cannot be used to identify you personally.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw newsletter consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA)
